NOTICE OF INTENTION TO LEASE
We would like to invite the community for any expressions of interest in leasing the Bethania Community Centre, currently managed by Glynneath Town Council. The property is located on the High Street in Glynneath and is a Grade II listed former Methodist Chapel.
We are looking for a reliable and responsible tenant who can maintain the property. If you are interested in this opportunity, please submit your expression of interest by 5 PM on the 28th of April, 2023. Your expression of interest should include your contact details, a brief introduction of your business, and your proposed terms for the lease.
