Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 87(2) of the Local Government Act, 1972 that Cllr. Stephen Evans has ceased to be a Member of Glynneath Town Council.
If, within 14 working days after the date of this notice, a request for an election to fill the vacancy is made in writing to:
The Returning Officer Neath Port Talbot Council Chief Executive’s Office Civic Centre Port Talbot SA13 1PJ or via e-mail: elections@npt.gov.uk
By 10 registered electors from the community ward an election will be held to fill the vacancy, otherwise the vacancy will be filled by the Council.
